Hello Jerome,
Great that you wish to contribute a pathway. You can upload the pathway by going to the "Create pathway" page (click create in the left side menu). There you can select the upload option and upload your GPML file (see screenshot). I'll make sure you're pathway will also be added to the micronutrient portal once you uploaded it.
