Hello,

I would like find related pathways from wikipathways.
How can I configuration source code on Ubuntu 9.10? http://www.pathvisio.org/wiki/SuperPathways#Sourcecode
When I tried to find related pathways for P53 (WP565) using the same
option in the tutorial, no suggestion was done.
In the same way, when I want to find a common nodes from two pathways, a
message said me that there not database.
