- WikiPathways is not an advertising medium, therefore we don't support sending messages with such a purpose to all WikiPathways users. A better way to promote your knowledge base is to publish the interaction data as pathways on the wiki and setup a portal (see example) that will serve as an entry point for accessing the data.
