Parts of this pathway can be included in compound specific (eg drug metabolising) pathways, but they should not be included here. | ||

However, I did leave it categorized, since the gene annotations that are on there are useful for enrichment studies.
Chris I agree about the reaction types that are missing but not about the metabolites. This is a generic biotransformation pathway it must have millions of substrates and products. Parts of this pathway can be included in compound specific (eg drug metabolising) pathways, but they should not be included here.
I corrected the pathway ontology annotation which said that it was P450 dependent, while it actually is not. (Thanks Christine Chichester for that).
