Installation

  • Make sure your user account has webservice edit rights. Ask a WikiPathways Admin to enable the web service edit rights for you.
  • Open the Plugin Manager: Plugins -> Plugin Manager.
  • In the Available tab, click the Install button for WikiPathways plugin. When successfully installed the plugin will be displayed in "installed plugins". For detailed information on how to use the plugin, see the plugin page.

Editing an Existing Pathway

  • In PathVisio, find and open the pathway in question by searching for pathway identifier or title.
