Pyruvate dehydrogenase pathway (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)

Description
Pyruvate dehydrogenase is a multiple enzyme complex that catalyzes the production of acetyl-CoA from pyruvate produced by glycolysis. The final step re-oxidizes the lipoyl group of dihydrolipoamide to form lipoamide and NADH.
