T cell modulation in pancreatic cancer (Homo sapiens)
From WikiPathways
Description
T cells are important effector cells in pancreatic cancer. Their function is inhibited by various cellular interactions and secreted factors in the tumor microenvironment (TME). Both immune cells and pancreatic cancer cells are able to modulate T cell activation.
