In the interest of plant research and to facilitate the community based annotation of biological pathways (metabolic/biochemical, signaling, genetic and gene-interactions)in plants, we present to you a freely available, online platform which allows you to add, edit and download the known and novel published pathways from plants.

This work is a collaboration between the WikiPathways and the Jaiswal Lab at the Oregon State University via the Gramene database.
