This pathway is coming together nicely! Great job so far. The only thing holding it back as far as being recognized as "ready for analysis" and even as a "featured pathway", is the missing datanode references. You might not be able to 100% of the node connected to database objects, but certainly more than the current number. The easiest way to do this is to double-click on a given node, type the gene or metabolite name into the search field, click search, then simply select from the results and all the fields will be filled in automatically. Refer to our Help pages if you get stuck or email the wikipathways-discuss mailing list. --AlexanderPico 19:41, 19 April 2011 (UTC)

Nice work. Thanks for adding the database connections. Another trick is to add anchors to lines that are intersected by other lines. Anchors provide a way to proper connect a line to another line and have it "stick." I went ahead and added the anchors. I also rerouted a few edges for clarity. And renamed one of the Insig1 molecules to Insig2. If any of this is incorrect, please feel free to undo or fix the changes. --AlexanderPico 03:27, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
