Flowering Pathway - Layout for biology? (1)

There have been no changes to this discussion for at least 30 days. If it is concluded, you may want to write a summary.

Since this pathway is based on a computer model, it does not necessarily have the layout that biologists are used to. Does anyone have suggestions for a better layout?

Try to perform a hierarchical layout in Cytoscape, maybe that gives a more readable layout.
