ID for Bile Acid or Bile Salt? (1)

There have been no changes to this discussion for at least 30 days. If it is concluded, you may want to write a summary.

Kristina, there is also a separate ChEBI identifier for bile acid, CHEBI:3098, which you could use instead of the identifier for the salt. I am not sure how things get enzymatic converted and/or transported, which could be in a specific salt form (in which case I love to read the reference!).

Hi Susan,

It was used in a workshop, and there is another version of it created by a new curator which will eventually replace this one. We are keeping this one for now just for reference. Will add a comment to the Test tag.
