Hi. Thanks for trying out the pathway drawing tools. You're missing a key feature in your test pathway, however. Genes, proteins and metabolites can be modeled with explicit links to databases. WikiPathways makes this easy to do. The models you make this way will then be amenable to computation and data overlay, in addition to being human readable.
