Thomas, you added the tag "not a biological process", but I do think this represents a biological process. And although it doesn't contain genes / proteins (yet), it could function very well as a meta pathway, linking to other pathways.

It looks like a physiological pathway to me, which (as we discussed in the past) isn't within the scope of wikipathways. I'm fine with keeping it, but I definitely want to keep the tag to be able to distinguish it from molecular pathways.

We really focus on English content for WikiPathways, to reach a wider audience. Would you mind translating everything to english?
