You do not have permission to edit pages, for the following reasons:

  • You are not allowed to execute the action you have requested.
  • WikiPathways has restricted the ability to create new pages. You can go back and edit an existing page, or log in or create an account.

Hello Pieter,

Thank you for your contribution to WikiPathways! I noticed that you have created two pathways with the same name. While this is technically possible and not prohibited, it appears that in this case, both pathways refer to the same process, although one of the pathways is less complete. I would strongly suggest deleting one of the pathways, or if the content is distinct, please rename one of them.

To delete a pathway: Click the Delete tab at the top of the pathway page.

To rename a pathway: In Edit mode, select the MAPP Information area on the pathway (usually in upper left corner), then go to the Properties panel on the right and edit the name.

Thank you for the information, I noticed it as well but did not find a way to delete it. But now that I know, I will delete it.
