Hello, Thank you for your contribution to WikiPathways. The name of this pathway suggests that it refers to the same content as another one of your pathways: http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP719
If the content is indeed the same, please delete one of the pathways, otherwise I would recommend renaming the pathways to give them more distinct names.
