Thread:Great new pathway! Some suggested improvements..... (1)

Hi Carlos, This pathway looks great and represent novel content at WikiPathways. However, it is currently incomplete in some areas, and therefor has limited usefulness. W few easy things you could do to improve the pathways:

• Annotate data nodes (genes, metabolites) with database identifiers. This makes the pathway useful for data overlay and computational analysis.
• Provide a description for the pathway.
• Add at least one ontology tag. This makes the pathways easier to find.

Once the pathway is complete, we will be happy to include it in our Approved archive, which means it is available for Download and accessible from other software tools.
