This pathway seems to be very similar to http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP632. Please rename your pathway to distinguish it's content from that of the other pathway. You can for example add a descriptive suffix to the existing name.

Looks like this is the actual metabolism part and WP632 includes the regulation part. Maybe a good solution is:
- Leave the title of this pathway "cholesterol metabolism"
- Replace the metabolism part from WP632 by a link to this pathway (leaving only the regulatory part)
- Rename WP632 to "Regulation of cholesterol metabolism"
