Great looking pathway! And great that you are adding lots of comments for nodes.
One minor thing: The protein synthesis/degradation nodes should be of type "Pathway". You can change it in PathVisio in the Properties panel and I would also recommend switching the color to green, which is our default color for pathway nodes.
