Hi, the pathway is looking very nice. Just like a textbook drawing. I wanted to point out that the diagram is missing a rather key feature of WikiPathways, though. The genes and metabolites can be more than just drawings; they can be data object. If you use the "Gene" and "Met" datanode types and then double click on them, you'll be prompted to identify the molecule. You can type a common name or identifier in to the search field and it will return possible matches. Then you can adjust the size, shape and color of the node to however you want it (like you have now). If you do this, then the pathways can be used as research tools for data analysis and visualization, which is the most common use for WikiPathways content. Let me know if you have any questions. I'd be happy to make one or two datanodes as examples, if you'd like. I just didn't want to interrupt your current flow. AlexanderPico 20:05, 14 June 2012 (UTC)
