Thread:Nice pathway! (1)

This pathway is really nice. The different line types are nice, but since there are defined line types that overlap with your line types, I strongly recommend changing the line types to these specific line types. They all have the "mim-" prefix. You could still keep the color and your own legend, but since you have detailed information it would be nice to encode this properly in the gpml, which only happens if you select the correct line types. The colored lines are all saved as a simple line in gpml, with no details. You have created some other Serotonin pathways where you have begun using the detailed line types already.
