Question from Neives: I have seen that you have edited several times the Statin Pathway page in WikiPathways . Could you tell me why the isoform pdia2 is draw in the pathway? I can not find just one paper to clarify me if this and not other isoform is the involved in the chaperoning of MTTP.
Good question. I added the reference that lead me to conclude that this protein was a minor subunit of the MTTP complex. See pubmed 9106493. It's possible that this is not the correct isoform or that this complex is not relevant to this specific function. If you have this knowledge, please feel free to edit the pathway and describe the distinction here on this discussion page. AlexanderPico 23:22, 27 June 2013 (UTC)
