Based on figure from the paper cited, which in turn is based on https://www.kegg.jp/kegg-bin/show_pathway?map00591

This is very simplified- for instance linoleoyl CoA desaturase doesn't work on linolenic acid, but on linoleoylCoA

Pathway https://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP4350 details arachidonic acid synthesis in more detail, though not with bishomo LA as an on-pathway metabolite to arachidonic acid.
