Description

Key metabolic pathways in melanoma, glycolytic pathway, TCA cycle, glutamine metabolism, and oxidative phosphorylation, with potential therapeutic targets and inhibitors. Inhibitors targeting critical metabolic nodes are outlined in teal. This pathway is based on [Figure 1 in Shen et al](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41420-025-02617-3).
