What kind of pathways will be presented in wikipathways? Will wikipathways contain metabolic pathways, signalling pathways and gene regulatory pathways? What about protein interactions as part of gene regulation or signalling?
- I think it would be interesting to include information about the relation between WikiPathways and Wikipedia. The use of MediaWiki software and the logo graphically suggests that WikiPathways is a Wikipedia initiative (like WikiBooks), but is it so?
