Hello,

This pathway looks really promising and has a lot of useful content, but none of the pathway objects (genes, proteins) are annotated with database identifiers and many of the interactions are not connected to nodes. You can easily add database annotations to nodes by double-clicking any pathway node to bring up the database search tool. Simply search for the gene name and pick the appropriate ID from the results. Interactions can also be added easily by dragging the end of a line or arrow towards the relevant node, and once the cursor is close enough "snap" targets will appear on the node. Simply drop the end of the line on one of the targets to encode the interaction.

Regards,

Kristina
