Metabolically deduced pathway of pyruvate catabolism in Clositridium thermocellum ATCC 27405 except for details of Pyruvate dehydrogenase/Pyruvate Oxidase (EC 1.2.2.2) which is detailed in Pyruvate:Fd Oxidoreductase Complex (Clostridium thermocellum) WP2156.
