Finding Pathways

There are many ways to find your pathways of interest. You can:

  • Search by name of the pathway
  • Browse by species
  • Browse by pathway categories

Additional ways of finding pathways coming soon:

  • Search by gene name
  • Advanced search options, limit by organism or category

Searching

To search for a pathway, type the name of the pathway in the Search field on the main page. The search field is available in the left-hand navigation panel as well as in the Contents section of the main page. Searching is described in more detail here.

Browsing

You can browse pathways by species or by category.

  • To browse all pathways for a particular species, go Browse Pathways and select your species of interest in the drop-down menu. All pathways for the species will be listed in alphabetical order.
  • To browse pathways by functional category, select one of the categories (Cellular Process, Metabolic Process, Physiological Process and Molecular Function) in the Contents section of the main page. This gives you a list of pathways from all species in that category.
