Glucocorticoid action and resistance (Rattus norvegicus)
From WikiPathways
Description
The actions of glucocorticoid hormones are mediated by an intracellular receptor, the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). The mechanism of action of this ligand-inducible transcription factor is discussed, focusing on mechanisms of glucocorticoid resistance.
