But I am not so sure whether putting all the targets for a specific receptor in a pathway makes any sense at all. I think you would normally want to do that dynamically using the best quality resource you can find. Meaning you would either use a PathVisio plugin (the Regulatory Interaction plugin that now has a new name) or transfer the whole thing to Cytoscape and use CytargetLinker. Both approach would require less work and would result in up to date data.
