Now that I see this one, I'm guessing the other one really was a "test" pathway. This one addresses many of the issues, like annotated datanodes, Gene Products rather than proteins. Nice work! I think the anchored interactions might still be a sticking point. And there are specific ways to represent groups of paralogs and complexes.
