Creating a new pathway

To create a pathway, you can either:

  • Use the PathVisio webstart editor at WikiPathways.
  • Upload an existing gpml via the Upload File option.
  • Create a pathway in PathVisio and upload it to WikiPathways via the WikiPathways plugin for PathVisio.
