Help desk

"Deleting a pathway is only possible with an Administrator account, contact the Help Desk for help."

  • See Contact_Us. You can contact us via the discussion mailinglist ([email protected]) or directly:
    • Thomas Kelder: Thomas.Kelder[AT]BIGCAT.unimaas.nl

I added a link on the FAQ page to make that more clear. Thanks! - Thomas 06:26, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

Query database version via API (1)

I would like to know, if there is a way to access the current version of WikiPathways via the API for documentation purposes.

Thanks, Lucas

Importing a pathway from another database (1)

There have been no changes to this discussion for at least 30 days. If it is concluded, you may want to write a summary.

I am the author of an annotated pathway in another database (Reactome). How can I contribute to WikiPathways to add the pathway here?

In short, I already have the list of genes and reactions of the pathway. What is the best way to collaborate and add the same pathway here?

This page is not intended for general questions about WikiPathways. Please ask your question on our mailinglist at [email protected], this keeps the Q&A at a central place so other people can also find it and participate in the discussion.

Thanks!
