Hello Anwesha,

I was looking through the source paper for this pathway and found that the enzymes catalyzing the conversion of these metabolites are depicted as numbers and then described in the caption. Maybe you (or we) could add those as well?

Bart

http://treephys.oxfordjournals.org/content/30/11/1415.full.pdf+html ^Talking about that paper. Well, you probably know.. :)

Hey Bart,

That was the intention. Did I miss some?

Best, Anwesha

Hi Bart,

In the paper only one enzyme is mentioned as a number (number 15, corresponding to NAPD-MDH) for the Krebs cycle, so that's the state the pathway is currently at. The goal is to complete this pathway and related pathways with all enzymes, also the ones that are not mentioned in the paper.

Best,

Sacha

Ah, you're right. Didn't look close enough.
