** As user you are free to decide what information you want to include in your pathway. There is no clear border between the types of pathways you list, e.g. a single pathway may contain both metabolic, protein signaling and regulatory elements. See the guidelines page for guidelines about how to represent different types of pathway information. Thomas 13:05, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

* I think it would be interesting to include information about the relation between WikiPathways and Wikipedia. The use of MediaWiki software and the logo graphically suggests that WikiPathways is a Wikipedia initiative (like WikiBooks), but is it so?

** Thanks for the suggestion. I agree that it would be good to add a statement about our relation to Wikipedia. You are right that WikiPathways is not directly related to the WikiMedia foundation (which includes Wikipedia and WikiBooks), but an independent initiative. I'll add a new section soon to clear this up. Thanks! Thomas 13:05, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
