- As user you are free to decide what information you want to include in your pathway. There is no clear border between the types of pathways you list, e.g. a single pathway may contain both metabolic, protein signaling and regulatory elements. - I think it would be interesting to include information about the relation between WikiPathways and Wikipedia.
