We are organizing our next curation event to improve the quality and extent of our pathways. Curation events are open to all registered WikiPathways users, no prior experience necessary!
Suggested tasks
Work on the Reactome Pathways Collection
- Fixing annotations
- fill-in missing protein/metabolite identifiers
- Improving layouts
- layout of nodes (for better human readability)
- layout/path of edges
- Adding literature references
- Adding Ontology tags (Pathway onotology, Disesase Ontology etc.. as Reactome already has Gene Ontology information)
- Updating a targeted set of potentially outdated pathways, i.e., with new biological information
- Updating a targeted set of pathways that are incomplete
