The latest pathways are looking really good. For the three labels (A, B, C) it only makes sense to keep them if you refer to them in the Description, like in the figure legend. And in that case they should be moved to the interactions.
Also, the PubMed reference is somehow misformed and doesn't link properly. Can you try removing it and adding it again? Should link to this: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3099575/
