I reverted the recent change to this pathway because they used node fill color to permanently highlight some nodes. A major use case for pathways here is downstream data analysis, where node fill color is used to indicate high-throughput measurement data (e.g., gene expression). An alternative way to highlight nodes here is by mentioning them explicitly in the description. AlexanderPico 19:28, 11 April 2013 (UTC)
