Greetings! I heard about your work from Praveen and am looking forward to meeting the team next week. Coincidentally, this is my week to do Admin Curation, where I review all changes in the past week. So, I'll go ahead and make comments here like I normally would, but obviously we can go over these points (and more) in our meeting next week...
So, first off: great start! It looks like you have mastered all the basics. I went ahead and tagged the pathway as "Under construction" and also as "Test pathway" (though I'm not 100% certain that's the case). Here are a few early observations to help polish off this pathway:
- Every datanode should be annotated with an external reference. You can use the QuickEdit feature for this, actually. Just select an existing node, search for the name, and then choose from the results. All the correct info will be entered for you from there.
- Interactions have to end on an anchor. Datanodes have anchors ready to go, but you have to add anchors to interactions when you plan to have another interaction terminate on it.
- I'd recommend using Gene Product datanode types rather than Protein. It's more flexible. This can also be easily changed using QuickEdit!
Alright. That's all for now. See you Wednesday! AlexanderPico 00:42, 5 June 2016 (UTC)
