Serotonin reuptake inhibitor response (Daphnia magna)
From WikiPathways
Description
Various biological pathways affected in response to exposure to serotonin reuptake inhibitors. After exposure the genes lace, cDASE, GlcT-1, ldh, Acon, Ddc, Fbp, and thiolase are upregulated, while Pfk, UGP, and ATPC are downregulated.
