Description

This plant pathway represents the Calvin cycle (chloroplast). The pathway was inspired from the book Plant Physiology (Third edition) by Taiz and Zeiger and by Bohler et al (Differential impact of chronic ozone exposure on expanding and fully expanded poplar leaves. Tree Physiol 2010, 30, (11), 1415-1432.) Figures 8 + 9.
