Suggested tasks

Work on the Reactome Pathways Collection

• Fixing annotations

* fill-in missing protein/metabolite identifiers

• Improving layouts

* layout of nodes (for better human readability)
* layout/path of edges 

• Adding literature references
• Adding Ontology tags (Pathway onotology, Disesase Ontology etc.. as Reactome already has Gene Ontology information)
• Updating a targeted set of potentially outdated pathways, i.e., with new biological information
• Updating a targeted set of pathways that are incomplete
