Description

This pathway describes imbalances in RAS and Bradykinin pathways in COVID-19.

The overall effect is an increase of Ang1-9, which leads to AGTR2-driven sensitization of BK receptors involved in pain (BDKRB1) and NO-dependent vasodilation (BDKRB2).

The pathway is based on figure 2A from Garvin et al.
