SARS-CoV-2 replication organelle formation (Homo sapiens)
From WikiPathways
Description
Components of the class III PI3K complex is speculated to promote SARS-CoV-2 replication. PI3P and DFCP1 contribute to the formation of double membrane vesicles needed for viral replication. Nsp3 protein from SARS-CoV 2 stimulate the accumulation of PI3P.
