Help:LiteratureReferences
From WikiPathways
Literature references can be added by using the Biblio extension. To cite publications, use the <cite>
tag and specify the reference in the <biblio>
tag in the references section. See the Bibilo website for more help and examples.
Examples
Here's how you cite publications or books:
Cite a PubMed publication<cite>GenMAPP</cite>, or a book<cite>JavaXML</cite> that's not in PubMed. Multiple citations<cite>GenMAPP JavaXML</cite> in a single tag are also possible! === References === <biblio> #GenMAPP pmid=11984561 #JavaXML Java & XML, Brett D. McLaughlin and Justin Edelson. O'Reilly, 2007. isbn: 0-596-10149-X </biblio>
The result will look like this:
You can use the [www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/ PubMed] id of the publication: Cite a PubMed publication[1], or a book[2] that's not in PubMed. Multiple citations[1, 2] in a single tag are also possible!
