Hi Claire,

Would you happen to have a reference where I can check your comment? Then I can adapt accordingly in the pathway, and underpin the change with a reference. You're also allowed to make these changes yourself. If you need any help, let me know!

Kind regards,

Hi Denise,

Sure, this paper should cover it Kotelevtsev et al., 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 knockout mice show attenuated glucocorticoid-inducible responses and resist hyperglycemia on obesity or stress. PNAS 1997 [1]

Also I tried to edit the pathway myself but was unable to upload it sorry! I got an error message saying something about not having right permissions/account (afraid I can't remember exact wording)

Many thanks,

Hi Claire,

Thank you for the paper, I'll find some time this week to update the pathway. You probably do not have access to upload information to WikiPathways via the plugin, because you are a relatively new user. You can request access with the following link: [1] . And if you haven't followed our online Academy, here is the link for that: [2] .

Kind regards,

Since there were a lot of modeling errors in WP237, we've merged the content thereof to a partly overlapping pathway WP4523.

We have also added the reference mentioned above for the conversion from cortisone to cortisol revision 113025.

The current pathway WP237 will be removed.
