I was looking at the metabolites and metabolite classes, but some have really funky names. Where can I the source of this pathway so that I can find the proper metabolite identifiers?

Michiel,
I would suggest either adding Gpd1 (Gene ID: 2819) to the reaction step of glycerol-3-phosphate to dihydroxyacetone phosphate or replacing Gpd2 with Gpd1. Gpd2 is the mitochondrial inner membrane form of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase which participates (along with Gpd1) in the glycerol phosphate shuttle rather than supplying metabolites for glycolysis.
