This is another pathway that is difficult to illustrate. I think you have to include the central complex multiple times to get the point across, like in the original figure. The second step of the complex should have the addition of PKCz and SQST1. You can then add an interaction from the PKCz node to the anchor on the ATP->ADP conversion. And show that PKCz gets phosphorylated by adding a State on that node in the final complex.

I am not sure about the addition of UBC13, UEV1A and ubiquitin?

You can also illustrate the binding of PKCz and SQST1 before they join the complex, just like in the figure.
