Hi Devi
Thanks for the excellent new contributions. These are looking good. But there are a couple key things missing. The major use case for our content is data visualization and analysis, and in order to support that we have to connect the genes, proteins and metabolites to database objects. We've tried to make this easy with our gene product and metabolite object types (it seems like you found the metabolite one). And after stamping a new object on the pathway, you can then double-click to open an annotation window. Enter the gene/metabolite name into the search field and choose the correct molecule from our database. Then each object will be fully annotated, automatically!
I'll start this process on this pathway to demonstrate. Let me know if you have any questions. These steps are also outlined in the Help videos.
