Curation tags are a set of tags that can be added to a pathway to notify the author and community about the state of the pathway. For example, you could tag a pathway that isn't annotated properly or tag your own pathway as work in progress. To add tags, you need to be logged in.

See CurationTags for an overview of the available tags and when to use them. Administrators can edit the CurationTagsDefinition to define new tags.

Tag a pathway

To add a new tag to the pathway, press the new.png 'new' button. Choose the tag in the dropdown list, enter the text for the tag, and press the apply.png 'apply' button. Note that each tag can only be added once to a pathway. If you add a tag that is already present, it will be overwritten.

Remove a tag

Move your mouse over the tag you want to remove and press the cancel.png 'remove' button that appears at the top right corner of the tag.

Edit a tag

Move your mouse over the tag you want to remove and press the edit.png 'edit' button that appears at the top right corner of the tag.
