Molecules are typed ad "Gene product", should be "Protein". Ambiguous molecule names, combined identifiers should be avoided - is this a complex or synonyms? There are unconnected elements in the diagram.

Hi Marek,

I changed the names of the data nodes so they now correspond to what is in the pathway figure it is based on. Note that this is not the official symbol in these cases. This is a work in progress and the rest of the interactions will be added in the next couple of days.
